What we do

Full-stack product engineering under one roof

From the first whiteboard sketch to the production deploy and everything that follows — one accountable team instead of five vendors.

Why AI Dribblers

Built for teams who are tired of agencies

We fixed the things that make outsourcing painful, and we put them in the contract.

Senior engineers only

The people in your kickoff call are the people writing the code. No bait-and-switch onto juniors after signing.

You own everything

Full IP transfer, your repositories, your cloud accounts, documented handover. No lock-in, ever.

Fixed, transparent pricing

Hourly, monthly or fixed-scope — you pick. Scope changes are quoted before work starts, never after.

Security by default

NDA on day one, secrets management, dependency scanning, OWASP-aligned reviews and least-privilege access.

Real timezone overlap

Four to six hours of daily overlap with Europe, the Gulf and the US East Coast. Same-day answers, not next-week ones.

Tested, documented code

Automated test suites, CI pipelines and architecture docs, so your next developer can be productive on day one.

How we work

A delivery process with no black boxes

You see working software every week. No status theatre, no surprise invoices, no six-month silence before a big reveal.

  1. 1
    Week 1

    Discover

A paid discovery sprint where we pressure-test the idea, map users and constraints, and leave you with a scope, architecture and fixed estimate — yours to keep either way.

  2. 2
    Weeks 2–3

    Design

Wireframes to a clickable prototype and a design system. You approve real screens before a single production component is written.

  3. 3
    Weeks 3–10

    Build

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Automated tests and code review on every pull request, so quality is not a final-phase scramble.

  4. 4
    Launch week

    Launch

Load testing, security review, store submissions and a monitored rollout. We stay on call through the first weeks in production.

  5. 5
    Ongoing

    Scale

Analytics, iteration and a roadmap driven by what real users do — plus SLA-backed support if you want us to keep the lights on.

What it is like to work with us

They rebuilt in four months what our previous vendor failed to deliver in a year. The weekly demos meant we were never guessing about progress.
Omar Al-RashidChief Technology Officer · Regional fintech, Dubai
The discovery sprint alone was worth the fee. We walked away with a scope our board could approve and an estimate that held to within 4%.
Sarah WhitfieldHead of Product · Healthcare SaaS, London
Our internal team inherited the codebase with documentation and tests already in place. Onboarding a new developer takes a day, not a month.
Daniel KrügerEngineering Manager · EdTech platform, Berlin
Responsive, blunt when they disagree with us, and genuinely invested in the outcome. That combination is rare in an outsourcing partner.

Questions

Answers before you ask

If something is not covered here, ask us directly — we answer honestly, even when the answer is 'that is not a good idea'.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks. A discovery sprint can often begin within a few days, and it runs in parallel while we assemble the delivery team.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, completely. IP transfers to you as work is delivered and paid for. Repositories, cloud accounts, designs and documentation are all in your name from the first commit.

What if my requirements change mid-project?

They will, and that is normal. On hourly and monthly models you simply re-prioritise the backlog. On fixed scope we quote the change before any work starts, so you always approve cost before it is incurred.

Do you work with our existing in-house team?

Often, yes. We can embed engineers directly into your sprints and tooling, or take ownership of a discrete product area while your team focuses elsewhere.

How do you handle confidentiality and security?

We sign an NDA before the first technical conversation. Access follows least-privilege rules, secrets stay in a managed vault, dependencies are scanned continuously, and every release gets an OWASP-aligned review.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a warranty period at no extra cost. After that you can move to a support retainer with a response-time SLA, or take everything in-house — we will train your team either way.

Which time zones do you cover?

We are based in Islamabad (UTC+5) and keep four to six hours of daily overlap with Europe, the Gulf and the US East Coast. Teams working with the US West Coast get a shifted schedule.

Can you rescue a project another team started?

Yes, and we do it often. We begin with a fixed-fee audit of the codebase and infrastructure, then give you an honest recommendation — including when the right answer is to keep what you have.

Have a product in mind?

Tell us what you are building. You will get a reply within one business day, a call with an engineer rather than a salesperson, and an honest estimate.
